Joseph McMahon - Program Director, Chief Controller, Head of Data Acquisition & Analytics

Joseph is a graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology, is accredited as a master systems & data analyst by the Australian Computer Society and is a Scaled Agile Practitioner (SAFe4). Joseph holds a Remote Pilot's Licence (RePL), is certified as a Chief Remote Pilot and Chief Instructor and holds a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operators Certificates (ReOC) issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Joseph also holds a Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE).

Siobhan Sleater - Head of e-Learning

Siobhan is a people focused, innovator with a fantastic energy and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.

Siobhan is an experienced Human Resources leader and entrepreneur, who has run a number of successful businesses in the UK and Australia.

Siobhan holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The National College of Ireland and is active in a number of community and industry groups championing STEM initiatives for 2nd and 3rd level students, Siobhan also holds a Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE).

Siobhan is passionate about delivering customer outcomes by building small teams of great people who work in an agile manner to execute on requirements and exceed customer expectations. Siobhan is also one of a very small number of females to hold a Remote Pilot's Licence (RePL).

Ross Brown - Senior RPAS Instructor

Ross is a Graduate from the Queensland University of Technology specialising in Cartography and Geographic Information Services. Ross holds a Remote Pilot's Licence (RePL), Certificate III in Aviation, Remote Pilot, and is certified as an Aviation English Language Proficiency (AELP) level 6 assessor and approved to conduct AROC training and assessment issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA). Ross also holds a Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE).

"I have a number of passions. I am passionate about the capture of data and information through RPAS techniques so we can better inform all clients how to look after our built and natural resource assets". I have extensive experience in the High School environment delivering Certificate III courses in Aviation, Remote Pilot and held classes as part of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and mathematics) program in schools with great success. So, another passion of mine is to make sure every student achieves the best possible learning outcome so they can move forward in the RPAS industry.”

Amymae McMahon - RPAS Trainee Executive Assistant

Amymae is currently an RMIT student and trainee RPAS instructor at Suas Rov, who, in addition to her working towards her Remote Pilot's License and Aeronautical Radio Operators Certificate (AROC) will also support the team across Australia in a number of areas from digital marketing, co ordination of tutorials and practical training, online content creation and customer support.

Brad Steele - Senior RPAS Instructor

From the age of three, I knew Aviation would be the industry that I would end up in.  I have always had a deep passion for the field and the rapid expanse of new technologies in this particular sector continues to amaze me.  

The field of RPAS is fascinating in its continuous development and I am excited to see what the future holds.  

Having completed my Commercial Pilots Licence along with my Multi-Engine Instrument Rating, I have a great appreciation for the safety culture of the field and I seek to instil this in all the students I train. I also aim to bring a fun atmosphere to encourage them to challenge themselves with a confident and safe attitude.
